VAC5202 - Divison Head Contracts Management
Persyaratan Kerja :
- LLB (Hons) Degree from a recognized university with a strong working knowledge of the law of contract
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in commercial contracting matters, preferably in an telco/ technology environment
- Knowledge and experience in post contract and vendor management
- Experience in developing and managing a team of legal and contract managers in the telco or related industry
- Passionate about understanding stakeholder requirements and ensuring their expectations on vendors and deliveries are captured and included in contracts to protect Indosat’s interest
- Change agent to ensuring that stakeholders understand the contracts an utilizing all the entitlements that have been negotiated for
- Ability to maintain impartial and provide objective assessment and recommendation for any contractual issues or disputes;
- Able to motivate a team to continually challenge and improve contract management principles and process
- Possess a high standard of personal and professional integrity.
Tanggung Jawab :
Prepare, review, draft, negotiate contracts (new, renewal, addendums, etc) including providing advice and/or recommendations on contractual positions/risk to support post contract and vendor management on all legal/commercial aspects and exposures in contracts to the Sourcing team and stakeholders and recommend mitigating solutions to minimise the impact of such risks to DiGi with the objective of proactively ensuring that Indosat’s interests are protected at all times Within the values and vision of Indosat
- Negotiating with counterparts (e.g. contract managers, in-house legal counsels, etc) from the vendors / telco operators on contract terms and conditions in the frame agreements
- Communicate to stakeholders the need to manage and use their contract entitlements
- Communicate with OG Legal to propose changes to protect Indosat’s
- Interest in the GFSA, SSA and IA.
- Supporting stakeholders to manage risks in their contracts including any escalated issues (e.g. delays or non-performance by either Indosat or vendor)
