OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR PROGRAM( Code : SOP )
Persyaratan Kerja:
- Bachelor’s degree from all majors, minimum GPA 2.75
- Active in extracurricular activities
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferred male, maximum 27 years old
- Willing to be stationed in Blue Bird Group branches (Jadetabek/National)
CUSTOMER SERVICE (Code : CS)
Persyaratan Kerja:
- Diploma degree from all majors with minimum 1 year experience
- Also open for high school graduates or other gradutes of the same level with minimum 1 year experience
- Maximum 28 years old
- Good looking
- Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts) and stationed in 5 star hotels in Jatabek area and Soekarno Hatta International Airport
OPERATIONAL STAFF ( Code : OS )
Responsible for Blue Bird Group armada’s operational activities, especially in providing assistance for drivers and service for customers
Persyaratan Kerja:
- Diploma from all majors with minimum 1 year experience
- Also open for high school graduates or other gradutes of the same level with minimum 1 year experience
- Maximum 28 years old
- Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Words and Excel)
- Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts) and stationed in Blue Bird Group branches in Jadetabek area
FACILITATOR TRAINING ( Code : FT )
Responsible for staff and driver training activities of Blue Bird Group
Persyaratan Kerja:
- Bachelor of Education from all majors, preferably from English major
- Maximum 28 years old
- Minimum 1 year experience in training-related work
- Able to create training modules according to company’s needs
- Good looking
SALES EXECUTIVE ( Code : SE )

- Experienced in sales work for automotive/spare part/lubricant field

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from all majors
- Maximum 28 years old
- Interested in managing drivers
- Loves field work, can work within a target and under practice
- Good communication skills
